*One (1) Free Enchanting Phone Call per booking. All Enchanting Phone Calls must be used either proir to party/visit date, or up to 30 days after party/visit date. Please call or email for details.
Booking Policies: Parties are booked on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. We DO NOT BOOK A PARTY WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. We DO NOT pencil in dates! We suggest
booking your party well in advance to ensure your desired party date and time.
If we do not receive your deposit within four days (4 days) of a pending event, your desired date and time will be given to someone else!

Our new hours are Tuesday -Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday 10am to3pm. Saturdays we are busy with events, and Princess Visits. Sundays we do vists between 2-5pm.
